What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by product category. For most apparel items such as scarves, ponchos, and garments, the standard MOQ is 300-500 pieces per style per color. For accessories like gloves and hats, the MOQ may be lower. We understand that new brands often need smaller test runs -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, as we are flexible for the right partnership.
How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your design specifications, tech pack, and material requirements. Complex designs or custom materials may require additional time. We will provide a clear timeline before beginning development and keep you updated throughout the process. Sample fees are generally credited against your bulk order.
What is the typical production lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production lead time is typically 45-60 days after sample approval and deposit payment. This timeline includes fabric production or sourcing, cutting, sewing, quality inspection, and export packaging. Lead times may vary during peak seasons (Q3-Q4). We recommend planning orders well in advance and can provide a production schedule upon order confirmation.
Do you support private label branding and custom packaging?
Yes, absolutely. Private label is a core part of our business. We support custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, branded packaging boxes, polybags with your logo, and more. Our team will work with you to ensure every touchpoint reflects your brand identity. Please share your branding guidelines and we will handle the rest.
What factory audits and certifications do you hold?
Our factory has passed all standard audits required by European and American retail clients, including BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and SEDEX/SMETA audits. We are also able to accommodate client-specific audit requirements. Full audit reports and compliance documentation are available upon request during the sourcing process.
What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners with an established track record, we may offer extended payment terms. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit) for larger orders, and other arrangements can be discussed based on order value and relationship history.
Can I visit your factory in Suzhou?
Yes, we welcome factory visits and encourage prospective clients to see our facilities firsthand. Our Suzhou factory is conveniently located and easily accessible from Shanghai. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit so we can prepare a proper tour and product presentation. We can also arrange virtual factory tours via video call for international clients who cannot travel.
Do you offer design services if I don't have a tech pack?
Yes. Our in-house design and development team can assist you from the concept stage. If you have a reference image, mood board, or general idea, we can help develop a full tech pack including construction details, material specifications, and sizing charts. This ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) service is available for all product categories and is a popular option for brands that are just starting out or looking to refresh their collections.
