What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for blankets and throws?
Our standard MOQ is typically 300-500 pieces per style/colorway for most blanket and throw products. However, MOQ can vary depending on the material, construction, and customization level. For trial orders or new product development, we are happy to discuss lower quantities -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
What materials do you offer for blankets and throws?
We work with a wide range of materials including polar fleece, sherpa fleece, acrylic knit, cotton, cashmere blends, wool blends, polyester, and organic cotton. We can also source sustainable and recycled fiber options upon request. Can you produce custom sizes and dimensions?
Yes, absolutely. We manufacture blankets and throws in any custom size. Common sizes include 50"×60" (throw), 60"×80" (twin), and 90"×90" (queen), but we can produce any dimension specified by the client. Just provide your size requirements in centimeters or inches and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.
Do you offer private label and custom branding services?
Yes, private label is one of our core services. We can produce woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, barcode stickers, and custom retail packaging (polybags, gift boxes, paper sleeves) with your brand identity. We sign NDAs to protect your exclusive designs and colorways. Our branding team will guide you through the process from artwork submission to final approval.
What is the typical lead time from order confirmation to shipment?
Standard production lead time is 45-60 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. For orders with new development (new patterns, colors, or structures), please allow an additional 15-20 days for sample approval. Rush production may be available depending on factory capacity -- please inform us of your target shipping date at the time of inquiry.
What quality control processes do you have in place?
Quality control is embedded at every stage of production. We conduct inline inspections during weaving/knitting, mid-production checks for color consistency and construction, and a final AQL inspection before packing. Our in-house lab performs colorfastness, pilling resistance, and dimensional stability tests. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can also be arranged upon request.
Which certifications does your factory hold?
Our factory has passed BSCI, SEDEX/SMETA, and ISO 9001 audits. We can also support OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified materials and GOTS-certified organic cotton upon request. Product testing reports (e.g., REACH, CA Prop 65, CPSC) can be provided for specific target markets. Please let us know your compliance requirements when you submit your inquiry.
What shipping terms and logistics options do you offer?
We support FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF, and DDP shipping terms. We work with trusted freight forwarders and can assist with sea freight, air freight, and express courier arrangements. For clients who prefer to use their own freight forwarder, we are happy to coordinate. All necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) is prepared by our logistics team.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. For existing stock designs, we can send pre-production samples within 5-7 business days. For custom development samples, the lead time is 15-20 business days. Sample fees apply and are typically credited back against your bulk order. Courier charges are generally borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Please provide your courier account number or we can arrange shipment and invoice accordingly.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% T/T balance before shipment. For established clients with a good payment history, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) or other terms. We accept USD, EUR, and GBP via bank wire transfer. PayPal is available for sample payments only.
