MOQs vary by product category and fabric type. For most scarves and accessories, we can accommodate orders from as low as 300-500 pieces per style. Blankets and garments typically start from 500-1,000 pieces. Standard production lead times range from 45 to 75 days depending on order complexity, fabric type and quantity. For repeat orders using existing moulds and approved samples, lead times can be reduced significantly. We provide a detailed production schedule upon order confirmation so you can plan your inventory accordingly.

Absolutely. Custom development is at the heart of our ODM service. We can develop exclusive weave structures, yarn compositions, print patterns and colour palettes tailored to your brand identity. Our design team will work with you from concept to approved sample, providing swatches and lab dips for your review before bulk production begins.

Our factory has successfully passed all standard factory audits required by European and American clients, including social compliance and quality management audits. We maintain rigorous in-line and final inspection processes. Audit reports and compliance documentation are available upon request for qualified buyers.

Yes. We provide a full private label service including custom woven labels, printed hangtags, branded poly-bags, gift boxes and retail-ready packaging. All branding elements are developed to your specifications. We also sign NDA agreements to protect your designs and brand assets throughout the production process.

We ship globally via sea freight (FCL & LCL), air freight and express courier. Standard Incoterms we work with include FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF and EXW. We can also coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder. For new clients, we are happy to recommend reliable logistics partners with competitive rates to your destination.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage clients to evaluate physical samples before committing to bulk production. Stock samples from our existing range are available at a nominal cost, and custom development samples are charged at a sampling fee that is typically credited back against your first bulk order. Sample lead times are usually 15-25 days depending on specifications.
