Our standard MOQ varies by hat style and customization complexity. Generally, we accept orders starting from 200-300 pieces per style per color. For simpler styles with standard materials, lower MOQs may be available. We understand that new brands often need smaller test runs, so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements -- we're flexible and happy to find a workable solution.

Sample development typically takes 10-20 days depending on the complexity of the design. Once samples are approved and the deposit is received, bulk production takes 30-45 days for most orders. Rush production may be available for an additional fee. We recommend planning 60-75 days from inquiry to shipment to allow sufficient time for sampling, approval and production.

We offer comprehensive customization across all aspects of hat production: materials (acrylic, wool, cotton, straw, felt, etc.), colors (Pantone matching available), style and silhouette, logo application (embroidery, woven label, screen print, heat transfer, patch), lining, sweatband, closure type, packaging (polybag, box, hangtag) and private label branding. We can work from your design files or help develop a design from scratch.

Yes, we always produce pre-production samples before any bulk order. Samples are made to your exact specifications and sent to you for physical review and approval. A sample fee is charged but can be credited back against your bulk order. We do not begin mass production until you have formally approved the sample, ensuring the final product matches your expectations exactly.

We primarily serve clients in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and Mexico. Our factory has passed all standard factory audits required by European and American buyers, including social compliance and quality management audits. We are experienced in meeting the compliance, labeling and documentation requirements of major retailers and importers in these markets. Please contact us for specific certification documentation.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term clients, we may offer more flexible terms. We support T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and other methods by arrangement. For shipping, we offer FOB Suzhou/Shanghai, CIF and DDP options. We work with trusted freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight, air freight or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your timeline and budget.
