Our MOQ varies by product type and customization level. For most beachwear items such as beach towels, sarongs, and cover-ups, the standard MOQ starts from 300-500 pieces per style/color. For accessory items like hats and bags, MOQ typically starts at 200 pieces. We are open to discussing smaller trial orders for new clients -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Absolutely. Custom design and private label development is at the core of what we do. Our in-house design and sampling team can work from your sketches, tech packs, or mood boards to develop production-ready samples. We offer full customization in fabric selection, color, print, embroidery, labels, hangtags, and packaging -- everything needed to bring your brand's beachwear collection to market.

For standard bulk production orders with confirmed designs, the typical lead time is 45-60 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. Custom development (including new mold or print development) may add 2-3 weeks to the timeline. We always provide a detailed production schedule before order confirmation so you can plan your inventory and launch dates accordingly.

Our factory has successfully passed all major audit standards required by European and American clients, including BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and SEDEX audits. We maintain strict quality management practices throughout production. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics are available upon request, and we can provide full test reports and compliance documentation for your target market.

We currently serve clients in over 20 countries, with a primary focus on the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and other European and American markets. Our experience with diverse import regulations, labeling requirements, and retail standards across these markets ensures a smooth and compliant delivery process for your orders.

We offer a wide range of fabric options tailored to different beachwear applications. Common materials include 100% cotton terry cloth, microfiber, cotton-polyester blends, viscose, chiffon, modal, and performance stretch fabrics. For sustainable collections, we also offer recycled polyester (rPET) and organic cotton options. Our sourcing team can recommend the most suitable material based on your product type, end-use requirements, and target price point.

The sampling process begins once we receive your design brief, tech pack, or reference samples. We typically produce a first proto sample within 10-15 business days. Sample fees apply and vary by product complexity -- these are usually credited back against your bulk order. We encourage clients to request samples before placing bulk orders to ensure the quality, fit, and design meet expectations. Courier costs for sample shipment are typically borne by the client.

Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment, payable via T/T (bank wire transfer). We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders. For shipping, we support FOB Suzhou/Shanghai, CIF, and DDP options depending on your preference. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can assist with sea freight, air freight, and express courier arrangements to ensure timely delivery to your destination port or warehouse.
