What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type and customization level. For standard items with minor branding (e.g., woven label), MOQ typically starts at 300-500 pieces per style/color. For fully custom ODM development with new molds or exclusive patterns, MOQ may be higher. We are happy to discuss your specific requirements and find a solution that works for your business scale.
How long does the sampling process take?
For existing styles with customized colors or branding, samples are typically ready within 7-14 business days. For fully new ODM designs requiring new materials or construction, the sampling lead time is 15-25 business days. Sample fees apply but are usually credited against your production order upon confirmation.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of natural and synthetic fibers including wool, cashmere, alpaca, cotton, linen, acrylic, polyester, modal, viscose, and various blends. We can source OEKO-TEX certified, recycled, or organic materials upon request. Our sourcing team will recommend the best material for your product's intended use, price point, and target market.
Can you handle private label and custom branding?
Absolutely. Private label is a core part of our service. We can add your brand identity through woven labels, printed tags, embroidery, heat transfers, custom packaging, and more. What is the typical production lead time?
Standard production lead time after sample approval and deposit payment is 45-60 days for most wearable products. Complex orders with multiple styles, specialty materials, or large volumes may require 60-75 days. We recommend placing orders well in advance of your selling season to allow buffer time for shipping and any unforeseen delays.
Which countries do you export to?
We export globally, with primary markets in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Scandinavia), North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), Australia, and the Middle East. We are familiar with the import regulations, labeling requirements, and compliance standards for each of these regions and can provide the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality control is integrated at every stage of production. We conduct inline inspections during manufacturing and a final pre-shipment inspection before goods leave the factory. Clients are welcome to arrange third-party QC inspections (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) at their own cost. We provide detailed inspection reports and photo documentation for each order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For established clients with a proven track record, we may offer L/C (Letter of Credit) or other flexible arrangements. Sample fees are typically paid in advance via T/T or PayPal.
